Art Raw gallery will feature a 4-week show for its inaugural exhibit. On view will be 100's of artworks created by emerging international artists. Opening night will stream live on several websites. The event is scheduled to coincide with many art fairs in NYC. // Event information & images

Looking for Preparators

We're looking for people who live in NYC to help out the week before opening. If interested email: inaugural@artrawgallery.com

Submission Details (closed) We are no longer accepting submissions for this show.

Guidelines: Entries must be ORIGINALS by a living artist and produced within the past 2 years. There is a strict stipulation that the work must fit within the parameters of 12 inches in any direction and be ready to hang. The overall size of the artwork must be 12" (30cm) in height, width and/or depth or smaller.

Submit: The gallery will display works from all media that conform to the criteria above. Email up to 4 images representative of work to be exhibited in the following format: JPEG's only, less than 500kb each. Include title, date, medium, dimensions, and asking price. Contact information in the body of the email: artist name, email address, phone number, city, state/province and country. Call is open to all domestic and international artists. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.

Selection process: Artists will be selected on the basis of creativity and work professionalism.

Notification: Artists juried into the show will be contacted with further details via email.

Fees: There are no entry fees. If work is selected, registration fees are $50 for the show. Gallery commission is 50% of sale.

Dates: Exhibit will take place from February 19 to March 21, 2009.
